Octic is a US-based AI infrastructure company. We build an AI control plane that maps the AI in an organization's estate, from source code and APIs to AI agents and MCP servers, using API, network, and kernel-level discovery. It decides what is trusted, shows what AI is doing at runtime, including coding-agent sessions and spend, and turns each risk into a finding with an owner. Agentic fixes that your team approves are coming late 2026.
01 — Our story
From API orchestration to AI governance.
Octic spun off from Fyrii.ai, which built enterprise API management and orchestration software for financial institutions — reducing complex workflows and developer onboarding time across large organizations. Fyrii built over $3M in revenue and a strong brand name in the process.
The same problems Fyrii solved for APIs — discovery, ownership, governance — are now exploding across AI infrastructure. Every team deploys agents. Every developer stands up MCP servers. Nobody has a complete picture of what is running, who owns it, or whether it is approved. We built Octic to close that gap.
Our team brings deep experience in infrastructure tooling, platform engineering, and enterprise security. We are building for the engineering and security leaders accountable for how AI is built and used, and for the platform engineers who put it into practice. Not another dashboard, but a control plane.

Make AI infrastructure governable by default.
AI adoption is accelerating faster than the tooling to manage it. Organizations are deploying AI agents, connecting to many model providers, putting coding agents on engineers' laptops, and standing up MCP servers across teams, with no central visibility, no ownership model, and no trust framework.
We believe governance should not slow teams down. It should be a byproduct of how infrastructure works: continuous discovery, derived ownership, continuous policy evaluation, and remediation with human oversight. That is what we are building.
